Working Principle of Tube Filling Machine
The working principle of tube filling and sealing machine mainly includes tube feeding, quantitative filling, sealing and coding, etc. Each link has its own specific workflow and principle, which works in concert to realize the automatic production of tube.
Tube feeding
It is the beginning of the tube filling and sealing machine, and its main function is to feed the pre-prepared tubes into the machine for subsequent operations. The tube enters the conveyor belt through the automatic feeding system or manually placed by the operator, and the conveyor belt sends the tube to the next workstation. Quantitative Filling
It is the key part of the tube filling and sealing machine, which determines the exact amount of product in each tube. The conveyor belt sends the tube to the filling workstation, where the tube is precisely positioned to ensure the accuracy of each filling. Afterwards, the filling valve opens according to preset parameters and the product starts to be filled into the tube. The filling time is controlled by a controller to ensure an even and accurate amount of product per fill. After the filling is completed, the filling valve closes and the product in the tube reaches the preset amount.
Sealing
It is another important part of the tube filling and sealing machine, which determines the sealing and packaging quality of the product. After the tube reaches the sealing workstation, the sensor detects the position of the tube to ensure that the tube is in the correct sealing position. The sealing system will start the heating device to heat and close the mouth of the tube to ensure a firm and good seal. After the sealing is completed, the tube passes through the cooling system to ensure that the seal is firm and not deformed.
Coding
It is an important part of the tube filling and sealing machine, which provides key identification of the product for easy traceability and management. The tube is sent to the coding workstation to ensure the accurate position of the tube. The coding machine will print the product information on the tube according to the preset code information, such as production date, batch number and so on. The system will check the print quality to ensure that the code information is clearly visible and avoid misjudgment or rework of the product due to printing problems.
